Clif James is highly professional and knowledgeable. Available, reliable, prepared and consistently on time. I would not hesitate a moment to refer him to others needing the services of a realtor. He immediately researched issues to prevent problems in the sale of the property such as TOPA in Washington, DC , the eviction of an occupant and installed solar panels. Also, he conducted a market analysis of area housing which proved to be helpful in setting the selling price of the property. The yard required clearing of junk and mowing of very tall grass.
